Daily With Danna Daley

Welcome...

Daily With Danna focuses on dealing with daily life while supporting the changes that self-development brings.

Within Clarity Trails Daily Life Camping Area, the main hike is meant to help you trek through your own life.

Our experiences are personal to our‑selves — they’re meant to serve us, not work against us.

Clarity Trails recognizes that most of us — you and I — were taught not to listen to or trust our‑selves.

Daily With Danna goes deeper into the mirrors‑n‑onions viewpoint of self‑development, which helps build self-trust and confidence.

Together we'll rewire our thoughts and awaken to being in charge of our experiences. In turn, that awareness can lead us onto higher roads.

This is a free trip we’ll travel‑n‑camp in, on, and around. Our shared experiences can become the support needed to help us stay accountable as we grow...

Accountability isn't a negative — come along and discover that embracing your struggle can become your greatest journey full of adventure and achievement.

Danna is on this trek with you — seeker connecting with seeker and your host.

Born in 1965, she's a Gen X traveler who's spent a lifetime learning that growth often comes through the struggles we'd rather avoid.

Like you, she's experienced life's twists, turns, and unexpected detours from the school of hard knocks — and she knows there is more to come.

She's also learned that awareness gained from the past can become a valuable tool for staying the course.

Danna looks forward to teaching and learning from fellow seekers — to campfire visits reflecting on where we're at in life, where we want to be, and recognizing what it takes to get there.

Hope you chose to hang out — Clarity Trails has many a camp-n-travel excursions planned.

Danna Introduces Self-Commit-Meant

Have you ever thought of yourself as your own worst enemy?

Why haven't you been able to keep your New Years self-promises...

Any self-goal for that matter?

Let's think about it — who taught you the steps to goal setting?

Exploring who taught us — you and I — is our first hike to the 40's backside.

Self-Commit-Meant looks at what we mean to commit to. It's a deliberate-n-necessary pause, even in the face of it, before digging ourselves a rut to get stuck in.

Self-Commit-Meant is the self-questioning that is not self-harm-n-self-sabotage. Self-questioning that asks without self-judgment — example...

  • What is the commitment?
  • Is it a self-want, need, or both?
  • What am I meant to commit to?
  • Are my commitments serving me or working against me?
  • If rushed, unsafe, or unsure what commitment best serves me right now?
  • Have I made commitments consciously, or am I running old autopilot programs?

It's not easy to face your autopilot settings — but, if you don't take control and pull up, you're gonna fly into the mountain!?

Clarity Trails and I aren't suggesting the typical strategy called "the Blame Game" and the 'draining drama' it brings...

However, the Blame Game becomes useful when viewed through what Clarity Trails and I recognize as an 'involvement of three' — one of our planned campfire discussions.

Come on, follow me to the Community Cabin and get outfitted for the trek ahead. The cabin stores the tools and details connected to travel-n-camps into the backcountry. It's a great place to start — come along.
