Welcome to Clarity Trails Daily Life Camping Area.

The path Clarity Trails is on is all about learning to live with yourself as you are.

It's not just about the day-to-day hikes —

for some, it's the moment-to-moment self-work within the day at hand.

In the Daily Life Camping Area, we'll work on simple, steady strategies that build a healthier, more balanced kind of self‑love.

Daily With Danna

Daily With Danna isn't Clarity Trails introducing you to a guru with all the answers.

Danna is on this trek with you — seeker connecting with seeker.

Here, Danna shares her lived experiences, including what she’s learned from past counseling sessions.

Our experiences are personal to our‑selves — and they’re meant to serve us, not work against us.

Clarity Trails recognizes that most of us — you and I — were taught not to listen to or trust our‑selves.

Daily With Danna goes deeper into the mirrors‑n‑onions viewpoint of self‑development — and it starts with self‑talk and your face in the mirror.

Here, Danna introduces tools — along with the past as a tool — that becomes our gear bag for the trek ahead.

And, soon enough, our experiences will begin to show that our right course is to flow like a river — not be dammed up with debris.

This is a free trip we’ll travel‑n‑camp in, on, and around. The experience Clarity Trails offers is meant to help you trek through your own life — our lives should reflect our greatest adventures and achievements.

Hope you chose to hang out — Clarity Trails has many a camp-n-travel excursions planned.

Self-Commit-Meant

Have you ever thought of yourself as your own worst enemy?

Why haven't you been able to keep your New Years self-promises...

Any self-goal for that matter?

Let's think about it — who taught you the steps to goal setting?

Who taught us — you and I — is our first hike to the 40's backside.

Self-Commit-Meant looks at what we mean to commit to. It's a deliberate-n-necessary pause, even in the face of it, before digging ourselves a rut to get stuck in.

The self-questioning that is not self-harm-n-self-sabotage.

Self-questioning that asks without self-judgment

  • What is the commitment?
  • Is it a self-want, need, or both?
  • What am I meant to commit to?
  • Are my commitments serving me or working against me?
  • If rushed, unsafe, or unsure what is the best commitment self-strategy?
  • Have I made commitments consciously, or am I running old autopilot programs?

It's not easy to face your autopilot settings —

but, if you don't take control and pull up, you're gonna fly into the mountain!?

Clarity Trails and Danna aren't suggesting the typical strategy called "the Blame Game"...

The tools offered here are found within the Community Cabin.

There, you'll discover what is meant by "statements of truth". You'll come to see that the Blame Game is actually an involvement of three.

No mystery, just a statement of truth.

We don't have to know the entire trail ahead. We only need enough clarity to take the next step.

Come to the Community Cabin and get outfitted for the trek ahead. It's a big one. The cabin will also offer more details about our first travel-n-camp into backcountry.
